Dear customer,

Cancellations:

a. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email) at least 48 hours before the reserved date.

b. In case of late cancellations, no-shows, or a decrease in the number of persons, a fee of CHF 100 per reserved person may be charged.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between the guest and Stoller Zürich AG (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) and specifically define the conditions for reservations with the organizer over the Internet, using a credit card as a guarantee, as well as data processing.

2. Reservation

2.1 By making an online reservation for dinner, a catering contract is concluded between the guest and the organizer, subject to the conditions in point 4. The organizer confirms the catering contract in writing via email.

3. Data Protection Law

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR, the customer's personal data is processed exclusively for the handling of the Reservation. For this purpose, the organizer collects the customer's first name, last name, address, and telephone number, the number of persons in the guest group, (hereinafter referred to as the customer's personal data). The processing is done manually and/or with the help of IT tools.

4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1 The processing of the customer's personal data is essential for the organizer's fulfillment of the contract. Without this information, no catering contract is concluded.

4.2 The organizer is authorized to process the customer's personal data in compliance with applicable administrative, accounting, and tax regulations. Personal data will only be disclosed outside the company if required by law. After the complete fulfillment of the catering contract, all data (especially credit card data) will be completely deleted.

4.3 For promotional messages and updates on special offers and promotions, the customer's name, first name, and email address can be stored for a longer period with the customer's consent. Under no circumstances will data be disclosed to third parties. The customer can revoke their consent at any time.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations of the catering contract must be made in writing via email at least 48 hours before the reserved date. In case of late cancellations, no-shows, or a decrease in the number of persons, a fee of CHF 100 per reserved person may be billed to the customer.

6. Additional Provisions

Data protection laws grant certain rights to the customer, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to data processing, as well as the right to data portability.
